I cannot say enough wonderful things about Elen!!!!! I have been using Full Pot for years and she always goes above and beyond for me. This week took the cake!!!! Snow/ice storm in the South and this company went above and beyond for the wedding I was doing florals for. You rarely find employees these days who are this dedicated to this level of customer service. Full Pot will always have my business.

Elen is simply the best floral sales person I have ever had the pleasure of working with--and I have been designing flowers professionally for thirty-five years. Elen cares--and that is EVERYTHING to me. Elen takes the time to listen to my crazy flower requests--and goes above and beyond to make sure that she is acquiring the correct varieties of flowers in the correct colors, something that seems to be a challenge at other wholesalers. And the cherry on top is that you simply can't beat the prices and the super fresh quality of flowers from Full Pot. When I turn my orders in to her, I know without a doubt that everything is going to be perfection when I receive it--fresh and gorgeous--and in the very few rare instances where something came in that wasn't quite right, she is prompt about making it right. With Elen, I feel like I am her only customer--and just hearing her voice or getting an email from her makes my day complete. Elen is a huge asset to Full Pot of Flowers--and as long as Elen is my sales person, I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Elen at Full Pot has been a delight to work with! She is detail oriented, offers great suggestions, thorough, and more responsive than anyone I’ve encountered in this industry. I recommend her highly!

I love Full Pot of Flowers, ever since I started working with them, I've stopped dealing with local distributors. Their prices are great/fair even with the delivery costs and Elen is amazing! She is always willing to help, offer alternatives, makes sure I am receiving what I order, and goes above and beyond what is expected from a business to make sure everything is perfect! I highly recommend Full Pot of Flowers but even more then the business itself, I recommend Elen, she is amazing to work with and should be considered asset to their business!

My favorite collection of all time! Daniel made me feel like his top priority as a Designer now the bride! The double amaryllis were show stoppers! And bloomed to perfection in 3 days! The hydrangea were impeccable and the tinted tulips soooo cool and unique! The chocolate hydrangeas and the antique blue were huge!!! We are back from our mini moon and flowers all over our house still look stunning! Thank you for the incredible quality and attention - it was perfection!
